    Do you ship nationwide & shipping time frame?

    We sure do! In fact, Lonnie is our shipping pro! He'll make all the arrangements for you. You won’t have to do a thing. We’ll ship anywhere in the US for free! The current order to ship timeframe is updated daily at the top left of our homepage. 


    How do the playsets arrive? Will it come via UPS or FEDEX?

    No, no, no. Our sets are very BIG. They’re going to arrive by truck right to your house. But don’t worry, we’ll make all the arrangements for you. Our swing sets ship on a pallet and this allows us to pre-assemble many pieces in factory such as the ladder, floors, climbing wall, etc.  We’ll even make sure the truck has a lift gate to lower the pallet right on your driveway.


    What other shipping information do I need to know?

    Shipping and Handling Charges and any Free Shipping Promotions noted by each item apply to contiguous 48 states only.

    We cannot ship to or accept payment from Canada or other international destinations at this time.

    For shipments to Alaska and Hawaii - air freight costs will be higher. If ordering from those states, simply continue with your order. Customer Service will contact you the next business day with an exact freight amount. You may reserve the right to cancel the order at that time.


    Additional Information for Customers ordering Wooden Swing Sets:


    Based on the size of the packaging (pallets 8-10’ in length), your order will be shipping on a large truck. When the shipment arrives at your local shipping terminal, you will be contacted by the shipper to set up a delivery appointment. The shipper will then deliver your swing set to your address on a truck equipped with a lift-gate. You can expect the shipper to lower the large pallet to the ground in your driveway or your curb and you should not be asked to help unload. 

    Prior to signing a delivery receipt, make sure all items are intact. It is the receiver’s responsibility to check for any visible damage that may have occurred during shipment. If you find damage to any of the items or boxes, this must be noted on the delivery receipt before it is signed. You can still accept delivery, but the damage must be noted on the receipt. Upon further inspection, if you find that you have missing or damaged parts, you should contact our customer service department at 888-525-1185 within 7 days of delivery. We will immediately ship you replacement parts.
